Bringing his exceptional craft to The Lobby Lounge & RawBar’s renowned sushi program, consulting head sushi chef Masayoshi Baba has designed an immersive omakase experience which is a must-try for the sushi lover. Slide up to the RawBar for a front row seat and watch as he presents his stunning creations, which are as much a feast for the eyes as they are the taste buds.
Omakase (chef’s choice) – a ‘surprise and delight’ element that enables the chefs to create a completely unique dining experience. Intimate in nature and always bespoke, the experience is designed around showcasing the most seasonal, flavourful and high-quality ingredients paired with skillful presentations. Discover chef Masayoshi’s 6-course omakase, priced at $105 per person for lunch and $135 per person for dinner.
