The Lobby Lounge at the Fairmont Pacific Rim has introduced a Japanese-inspired brunch: five courses starting with a choice of red tuna tataki or torched wagyu beef salad followed by an entrée of wild salmon benny or pork kakuni. All this for $42 (plus $28 for cocktail pairing).
