Join us on Monday, March 30 in The Lobby Lounge & RawBar for an exclusive collaboration dinner, marking the debut of a new series spotlighting celebrated local sushi chefs.
The inaugural evening welcomes Michelin-starred Chef Masayoshi Baba of Masayoshi, returning to his former residency at The Lobby Lounge & RawBar for a special homecoming. Chef Baba will collaborate with Chef Youssef Jbari, Chef de Cuisine of The Lobby Lounge & RawBar, for an intimate culinary experience rooted in tradition and precision.
The evening will showcase a thoughtfully curated seven-course omakase menu, highlighting hyper-seasonal, flavour-forward ingredients through the chefs’ shared dedication to craftsmanship and artistry.
Two courses will be complemented by thoughtfully paired saké selections, elevating the experience.
