Join us for an Omakase experience at the RawBar. The menu you will enjoy is curated directly from the chef and created to maximize the freshness and authenticity of the ingredients.
Omakase (chef’s choice) – a ‘surprise and delight’ element that enables the chefs to create a completely unique dining experience. Intimate in nature and always bespoke, the experience is designed around showcasing the most seasonal, flavourful and high-quality ingredients paired with skillful presentations. Discover a 6-course omakase, priced at $105 per person for lunch and $135 per person for dinner.
Please note 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of the Omakase experience in The Lobby Lounge & RawBar, otherwise full payment for the experience will be collected.
